Energy Capital Open Golf Tournament Amerisource co-hosts the annual Energy Capital Open golf tournament in Houston, Texas. Since inception, Amerisource has raised more than $378,980 in gross proceeds from this event, resulting in net proceeds of over $224,616. The event’s current beneficiaries are the Texas Children's Cancer Center at Texas Children's Hospital, and the Snowdrop Foundation.
Haiti Relief Campaign In early 2010, Amerisource led a Haiti Relief "matching" fundraiser campaign to assist Haitian families impacted by the devastating earthquake. The campaign resulted in over $32,000 in net proceeds raised, which were directed through the American Red Cross, Salvation Army and Compassion International.
Adopt-A-Family Every holiday season, Amerisource adopts an underprivileged family to help share in the spirit of Christmas. Employees raise and donate money to purchase Christmas gifts for the adopted family.
